Give advice to the Board of ERO on the issues related to legal aspect of energy sector. Instruct third parties about issuing Authorization for Construction of New Generation Capacities (including Renewable capacities-RES) in Kosovo and also about Licensing procedure in Kosovo (generation, supply, trade, distributions etc.). Regularly monitor licensees' compliance with the terms of their licenses and legislation in force.
