Ifey Ikeonu is an Energy Policy, Markets, and Regulation Consultant. She has worked as an advisor on electricity sector reform, access, markets, and regulation across many African countries including Ghana, Eswatini, Gambia, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Eritrea, Togo and Djibouti. She has also supported various regional power pools including the West African Power Pool and the East African Power Pool. She holds a Master’s degree in Law as well as an MBA in Sustainable Development.
