Ielyzaveta Badanova

Bio

Mrs Badanova is a Ukrainian expert in energy market regulation under EU and Ukrainian laws. In 2014-2023, she worked at the biggest Ukrainian oil & gas company, Naftogaz of Ukraine, in various operational management roles. Since February 2023, she consults the line Ministry in EU integration matters. She holds bachelor and master's degrees in International Law from universities in Kyiv and Cambridge (UK) as well as MBA from the Kyiv School of Economics. She is also a PhD researcher at the EUI.
