Emael Mrema is recognized amongst the year 2020 East Africa’s YALI Power Africa's young women leaders in the African energy sector. Emael is a former 2017 Mandela Washington fellow, and currently a member of the African Women Leaders Network (AWLN) Tanzanian chapter, under the Women Peace and Security pillar. Emael has over several years of experience in internal auditing and programme management within Government and non-Government sectors.
