Bio

Zofia focuses on provision of qualitative and quantitative socio-economic assessments of European and national public policies at macro- and sectoral-levels, needed to build foundations for the long-term systemic thinking about climate and energy policy in Poland and the CEE region. In 2021 Zofia has co-founded Reform Institute in Poland, where she holds the position of V-ce President of the Management Board and, at the same time, she works as a Taxonomy Manager at Climate Bonds Initiative.

  I’m the co-founder of the Reform Institute, where I hold the position of the V-ce President of the Management Board. I lead development of the Institute’s strategy and offer and I’m responsible for partner outreach and stakeholder engagement. At the same time, at the Institute I am a Head of Regulatory Analysis responsible for overseeing and contributing to the delivery of qualitative socio-economic assessments of the EU and PL climate and energy policies at macro- and sectoral-levels.
