Before this, she completed an International Climate Protection Research Fellowship funded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation at the Technical University of Berlin and the University of Oxford. She has worked for the African Union Commission and the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) as a consultant on projects relating to climate change, and energy
