Barbara Terenghi

Bio

At Edison since '97, Barbara held several managerial positions in the HR. From '16 to '20, as CEO Executive Assistant, she led a programme promoting the sustainable transition culture across the company. In '21 she was appointed Sustainability Director and in '22 joined the Edison ExCom as EVP. In '21 she entered into the newly established EOS Foundation’s BoD; since '22 she serves on the BoD of the UN Global Compact Italian Network. She graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University

  The Sustainability Division supports the BoD and the CEO in integrating ESG criteria and Climate priorities in the company's strategy and risk management. rnrnThe EVP Sustainability works to define and promote the long term sustainable goals consistent with the industrial plan and ensure that the all company's divisions seize, share and enhance their governance, operational and investment profiles, through sustainable policies and actions positively impacting the plurality of the stakeholders.
