Have been working in the energy sector since 2012 - starting from State Audit Office (auditing energy companies, both state and private) and continuing as Chief Energy Expert in Georgian Regulatory Commission. Certified Energy Regulator (ERRA) since 2021. Have profound knowledge of applicable energy sector polices, energy sector utility operations, energy efficiency measures, legislative and policy developments in the field. Strong academic background in auditing and energy fields.
