I have started my professional career in governmental bodies, and due to the responsible attitude towards my duties, knowledge, the ability to deal with numerous officials and many other people, I was promoted to a deputy head of tariff policy department, head of tariff division. I have been combining my job in governmental organization with working in university. I am also a lecturer and head of PhD program <management in energy sphere> at University.
