A clean energy personnel with over 3 years’ experience in business and strategy development in sustainable energy transition and decentralized energy access. One of the core impacts of my work on promoting clean energy access has been the development of project and business frameworks that scale energy access in unserved and underserved communities through grid- connected and off- grid minigrids while enhancing the impact clean energy access has on economic growth.

  • Business Development Associate
    Husk Power Systems - Full-time From February 2022 to September 2022

    I oversaw three productive-use appliance financing programmes and two agricultural acceleration programmes (cold storage acceleration and greenhouse farming) facilitating  the transition to commercial and productive electricity use in six northern Nigerian communities, resulting in a 40% increase in electricity consumption and revenue. I developed strategies for e-mobility, cold storage acceleration, and food processing, and I am currently working on the acceleration of clean cooking.

    I facilitated the deployment of two grid-connected and eight standalone minigrids (3 MW capacity) by managing stakeholder engagement at community, local, and international levels across 10 communities including tariff and negotiations enabling the provision of electricity to 10,000 individuals, 200 businesses, and 10 public institutions.
