Bio

I'm a renewable energy professional in Nigeria, managing the development of 35+ solar mini-grid projects at Prado Power Ltd. My work centres on project development, tariff modelling, regulatory compliance, PPAs and on how to make rural electrification viable without grants. In 2025, I was selected as one of 50 fellows from 600+ applicants for the RMI Global Women in Clean Energy Fellowship. I hold a B.Eng in Petroleum and Gas Engineering and am completing an MBA in Operations Management.

• Business and Project Development Associate

  Prado Power Ltd - Full-time From March 2024 to Present

  Manage business and project development for 35+ solar mini-grids across rural Nigeria, covering project development, feasibility studies, tariff modelling, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination with communities, distribution companies, and government agencies. Lead a 15 MW portfolio in Ondo State and support funding proposals that have contributed to securing significant project financing for distributed electrification and productive use of energy initiatives.

  Supported project development for infrastructure initiatives, conducting market research and feasibility studies to evaluate business opportunities. Assisted in developing project plans, preparing funding proposals, and maintaining project documentation, including schedules and budgets. Coordinated across cross-functional teams to identify new business ventures and partnerships, and improved budget delivery processes by introducing a proactive monthly forecasting system.
