Karen Bailón is a Community Engagement Coordinator at GreenCheck, where she designs and facilitates participatory climate resilience workshops that integrate climate education and rights-based advocacy. Her work has reached over 300 young people across continents, helping strengthening networks of collective care and local action. She has led cross-regional youth engagement initiatives, building partnerships across Latin America, Africa, and Asia
