I am a PhD researcher in Denmark with a background in law from France (Master's degree otbained with honours, mention très bien, from Descartes) and an experience in public tender management for EV chargers. My PhD project is focusing on the development of the European legal framework and its interplay with the development of offshore wind projects in France and Denmark.
