Bio

An electrical engineer by profession and an energy policy advocate by heart. I bridge technical grid development with energy frameworks and governance. Currently serving as an Energy Advisor at GIZ Kosovo, I draw on my MSc in Decentralized Smart Energy Systems to support a clean and reliable energy future. I am driven and fulfilled through contributing to a green transition that is resilient and inclusive, building systems that do not only move power, but empower the communities they serve.

Manage and coordinate project activities while providing technical guidance to partner institutions and assisting in aligning policy, financing, and implementation of energy transition measures. • Technical Client Manager

  Lead the technical integration of a fault prediction solution, including system analysis, infrastructure assessment, and implementation. Oversee technical product development by aligning grid behavior and client needs with product design and functionality. Analyze power system disturbances and perform load flow, short-circuit, and stability studies to diagnose faults and improve grid reliability.

• Project engineer

  Kosovo Electricity Distribution Company – KEDS - Full-time From September 2021 to August 2022

  Review project approval requests for connecting new consumers, prosumers, and generators to the distribution network, ensuring compliance with technical criteria, system operator codes, and company plans. Verify that connection materials meet required standards, develop technical solutions based on field conditions and customer needs. rnEngage with customers to provide clarifications and support the approval process.

• Tariff analyst

  Kosovo Electricity Supply Company – KESCo - Full-time From September 2019 to September 2021

  Analyze energy and financial flows to calculate annual revenues required for the operation of KESCo. Collaborate with teams such as Trading, Investment, and Finance, as well as external stakeholders including TSO, energy regulator, generators, and central level institutions to ensure compliance with tariffs and regulations. Contribute to tariff design, Maximum Allowed Revenue applications, analysis of pricing rules and tariff models, considering interdependencies between entities in the sector.

• Intern

  Northvolt - Internship From March 2024 to August 2024

  Responsible for end-to-end project development from concept through design, testing and delivery, on the evaluation and approval of new technologies for integration into battery cell manufacturing lines. rnConduct data collection using SQL and perform data processing and analysis using Python. Communicate insights and project progress through regular reporting and presentations to key stakeholders to support decision-making and successful implementation.
