I am a senior research fellow at the Fonds de la Recherche Scientifique and the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and an assistant professor of public international law at the University of Antwerp. I am also a guest lecturer at Leiden University and a Flemish Human Rights Institute's Board of Directors member.
