I have built my career in international relations and public administration, focused on project management, political negotiation and institutional representation. I joined ERSE in early 2024 and contribute to CEER, ACER and MEDREG work. Previously, I worked at Portugal’s Administrative Modernisation Agency (AMA), representing Portugal in the European Commission and OECD and coordinating EU-funded digital government initiatives.
