Legal professional focused on aligning Georgian energy legislation with EU legal acquis under the EU–Georgia Association Agreement. My work involves in-depth analysis of EU legal acts in the energy sector, i contribute to the Black Sea Submarine Cable (BSSC) project, a strategic initiative connecting the South Caucasus with the EU energy system and enabling future electricity market coupling with Europe. A core area of my expertise lies in renewable energy and market integration.
