Camille Defard

Bio

Camille is Research Fellow in EU Energy Policy at the Jacques Delors Energy Center. Prior to joining Jacques Delors Institute in February 2021, she worked in project finance for a solar and energy efficiency developer and for the French Ministry of Finance in East Africa. She also contributed to EU energy policy analysis within the EU Affairs Department of EDF. She holds a MA in EU Affairs (Sciences Po, 2016) and a MSc in Energy Economics (Paris Saclay, 2017).
