Rosa has 21 years of experience in energy, procurement, strategy, business development, management consulting and team management, including experienced roles in Accenture, Iberdrola, Axpo and eSPap (eSPap is the Central Purchasing Body of the Portuguese Government). Extensive experience in the energy sector, including, electricity negotiation (fixed price, indexed price, structured price and PPA - power purchase agreement).

  I set up and developed the Public Administration department (electricity business). My role showed highly satisfactory results, which derived in Iberdrola being ranked among the TOP 10 Public Administration suppliers in Portugal (in a ranking that includes all purchase categories), since 2013 (for the first time) until 2018 (last time, so far), with an annual billing exceeding 100 M€. Coordination of the public administration team.Speaker in conferences about energy.

• Head of Corporate Clients and Public Administration

  AXPO - Full-time From January 2019 to April 2020

  Set up and development of the Corporate Clients and Public Administration departments (electricity business), namely, definition of the business strategies and procedures that supported the business activity. My main duty was introducing in the Portuguese market structured products, that were pioneering and differentiating in the market, and that add value to customers. The results achieved exceeded the objectives initially proposed.
