My name is Richa Parmar, and I am currently working as Deputy Director (Technical) at National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE), an autonomous body under Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India. Over the years, I have actively contributed to the design, testing, and optimization of solar-powered systems. Doing research work in solar water pumps and AC/DC Microgrids is playing a significant role in policy frameworks, and standardization.
