Disha Lagadamane Dinesha is currently a final-year PhD student in Indian Institute of Science. She holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institute (2018) and a PG Diploma in Cyber Law from National Law School of India University (2023). Her research areas include Blockchain in Energy, Energy Law and Policy, and Power System Dynamic Studies. She has also interned in NITI Aayog which is the apex public policy think tank of Government of India.
