Bio
Emma is a PhD candidate at Radboud University. Her research focuses on EU energy and climate policy-making, analysing the influence of EU and national actors. Previously, she worked as an analyst at RAND Europe, where she conducted research for Dutch, British and European clients, including the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and the European Parliament. Emma read international and European politics at the University of Edinburgh and University College London.
