Emma Leenders

Bio

Emma is a PhD candidate at Radboud University. Her research focuses on EU energy and climate policy-making, analysing the influence of EU and national actors. Previously, she worked as an analyst at RAND Europe, where she conducted research for Dutch, British and European clients, including the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and the European Parliament. Emma read international and European politics at the University of Edinburgh and University College London.

  Research focussed on the decision-making process for EU climate and energy policies, specifically policies emanating from the European Green Deal and REPowerEU;rnrnTeaching responsibilities, for example supporting 31 students with their group research projects and organising seminars for a course on European governance.rn
